About the Role

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant based in South Africa to join our remote team in a full-time capacity. This role is suited to a dependable, organized professional who can provide administrative and operational support across a range of tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and managing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting scheduling, email management, document preparation, data entry, online research, and other general administrative duties as needed. You will play an important role in helping the team stay organized, efficient, and responsive. Strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to follow through on tasks are essential.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. You should be comfortable using common productivity tools and working collaboratively with different stakeholders. Previous experience in a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role is preferred.

Requirements:

• Based in South Africa and able to work remotely

• Previous experience in administrative or virtual assistant support

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization and time management

• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting executives or business owners

• Familiarity with project management tools

• Experience with CRM systems or data entry tools

• Prior remote work experience
