About the Role
Develop and control social media posts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn Creating content that increases brand visibility and engagement. Understanding the importance of consistent, high-value content, strategic engagement, and leveraging platform algorithms
Plan and execute events, conferences, workshops, or activations, including logistics, venue, and scheduling
Be responsible for all Engagement & Growth: Actively engaging with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Manage all Content Creation: Producing high-quality, on-brand photos, videos and Ad content
- A prolific personal social media following with a a large, engaged, and rapidly growing audience
- Strong expertise in social media marketing, event coordination and community management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong copywriting skills with a feel for brand voice on social
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Ability to develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels
- Knowledge of social media analytics and emerging trends
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) Preferred
- Ideally a background in or interest in HR technology, AI, compliance or SaaS markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be advantageous
