Clincal Support Specialist Spine Orthopaedics (Region Romandie)

Ihre Aufgaben

·         Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Kunden während Eingriffen, inklusive aktiver Unterstützung im OP, anwenderbezogener Beratung und fachlicher Begleitung bei unseren Produkten im Bereich der Wirbelsäulenchirurgie.

·         Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für medizinisches Fachpersonal (Ärzte, OP‑Teams, Pflege).

·         Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen zu Ärztinnen/Ärzten sowie OP‑ und Klinikpersonal.

·         Koordination von Eingriffen und logistische Verantwortung, inklusive Inventarmanagement und Optimierung der Prozess‑ und Lieferketteneffizienz.

Ihr Profil

·         Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Medizinproduktebereich

·         Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsgeschick

·         Selbständige, flexible und dynamische Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken

·         Hochschulabschluss (Uni/FH) von Vorteil

·         Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

·         Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
