l   Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Platform Delivery function and provide overall governance for enterprise digital platforms and services.
  • Oversee four core sections: Enterprise Architecture, Digital Customer Service, Digital Distribution Service, and Digital Compass Center.
  • Ensure digital platforms are stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy and customer experience priorities.
  • Establish clear delivery, architecture, and service governance to balance innovation, efficiency, and risk management.
  • Partner with senior business and operations stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and effective execution.
  • Build leadership capability and ensure sustainable talent and succession planning across the department.

l   Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital technology, IT, software platforms, or enterprise systems, with proven ownership of large-scale platform or service delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing multi-functional technical or digital delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise digital platforms, system architecture, and service-oriented or modular design principles.
  • Experience operating in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments, with solid governance and risk awareness.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus.
