About the Role

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

1. Systemmanagement und -wartung

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Betriebssystemen, Software und Hardware

  • Überwachung der Systemleistung und Fehlerbehebung

  • Kapazitätsplanung und Verwaltung von Systemressourcen

  • Planung und Durchführung von Systemupgrades, Migrationen und Deployments
     

2. Einhaltung und Validierung

  • Sicherstellung, dass Systeme den relevanten GxP-Vorschriften und -Richtlinien entsprechen

  • Teilnahme an Systemvalidierungsaktivitäten

  • Pflege einer detaillierten Dokumentation von Systemkonfigurationen, Änderungen und Verfahren

  • Befolgen von Änderungskontrollprozessen für Änderungen an validierten Systemen
     

3. Sicherheit und Datenintegrität

  • Umsetzung und Aufrechterhaltung robuster Sicherheitsmaßnahmen; Korrektur von Schwachstellen.

  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechten

  • Sicherstellung von Datensicherungs-, Katastrophenwiederherstellungs- und Geschäftskontinuitätsprozesse

  • Sicherstellung, dass Audit-Trails für GxP-kritische Systeme aktiviert und gepflegt werden
     

4. Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung

  • Bereitstellung technischer Unterstützung und Beratung für Nutzer und andere Teammitglieder

  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams wie Qualität und Global IT

  • Unterstützung von Prüfungen und regulatorischen Inspektionen
     

5. Prozessteuerung für Unternehmensaktivitäten wie z. B. Active Directory Management, Backup-/Restore-Management, SCCM, M365 Collaborative Suite.
 

Anforderungen & Qualifikationen:

Ausbildung / Erfahrung

  • Akademische Ausbildung in Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet

  • IT-Fachkraft mit über 10 Jahren Erfahrung

  • Erfahrung in einer industriellen Umgebung
     

Technische Fähigkeiten & Kompetenzen / Sprache

  • Starker IT-Hintergrund mit Erfahrung in der industriellen IT

  • Verwaltung der Expert Knowledge Active Directory

  • Gute Kenntnisse über IT-Architektur und Netzwerkkonfiguration

  • Gute Kenntnisse über Betriebssysteme und IT-Asset-Management

  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch

  • Starke Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten

  • Kompetenz in der Kommunikation mit transversalen, unterschiedlichen Teams sowie der Unternehmensleitung
