We’re partnering with a progressive regional health service to appoint a Consultant Psychiatrist within a well-established Child and Youth Mental Health Service based in Toowoomba. • Total package: $381,337 – $476,304
• Hourly rate: $103.79 – $131.60 (L18–L27)
• Permanent full-time or part-time options available

The team provides specialist mental health assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and their families, working closely with schools, GPs, and community providers.

The service is known for its integrated and recovery-focused approach, with strong multidisciplinary collaboration and a commitment to improving access to care across regional areas.

In this position, you will:

• Deliver specialist psychiatric assessment and treatment to children and young people
• Support families through evidence-based, recovery-focused care
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and community settings
• Provide clinical leadership and contribute to service development
• Support access to specialist services across rural and regional communities
