Seasonal Student Program - Member Service

AAA Oregon/Idaho is partnering with schools across our Portland Metro region on a summer seasonal program for graduating high school seniors and college students!

Location: Lake Oswego Call Center

Hours: Full time positions available

Start Date: June 23, 2026

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour PLUS shift and bilingual differentials up to an additional $3.75 per hour.

The Member Service Representative assists AAA members with roadside assistance and membership sales. In this position, you will determine the appropriate level of service, route calls and accurately record information via computer while providing top quality member service. The Call Center is a fun and energetic environment that is looking for like-minded individuals who love helping people.

Desired skills include:  

• High school education or equivalent. 
• Customer service, retail and/or hospitality experience preferred. 
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Basic proficiency in computer skills required. 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
