About the Role

Description

Summary

e2L Coaches serve with humility, innovate strategically, and want to grow professionally. We are open to current and former teachers, instructional coaches, and leaders who are strong in best practices and systems thinking with a variety of educational backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be a culture fit with our team and have the ability to travel nationally, including overnight. e2L contracts service days with school districts and assigns them to our coaches, thus fulfilling e2L coach contracted days. Coaches have choice in the number of desired work days. Salary is based on anticipated coaching days. Our coaches typically work a range of 75-140 days per academic year on site. e2L Coaches are assigned to clients for a variety of reasons including: specialties/certifications, experience, geographic location, needs of the district, etc.

In addition to on-site coaching, we meet three times a year for planning and professional development.

When coaches are not facilitating a contracted day, there are a few follow-up items that coaches could work on from home during a time that is convenient for the coach.

  • Creating resources for coachees / districts
  • Collaborating with e2L coaches and team leads on google hangouts
  • Scheduling travel and managing expenses
  • Corresponding virtually with coachees
