YOUR PURPOSE
Responsible for managing and overseeing the entire collateral protection insurance process, including handling payment protection insurance claims and services, as well as administering all aspects of total loss vehicle administrative functions. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with various departments and external partners, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders throughout the claims and administrative processes. Additionally, it requires meticulous attention to detail in processing documentation, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication to resolve any issues that may arise.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Process weekly CPI (collateral protection insurance) reports and administer the process: recalculate payments after premiums post, make payment adjustments after premium refunds post, and coordinate with members, vendors, and insurance companies to resolve issues. Acts as custodian for documents related to these activities, mail correspondence, receive payments and credit member accounts.

COMPENSATION

The full pay range for this position across all the states in which we hire is $24.23-$33.93. The figures shown represent the minimum and maximum of the range for this role. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate’s experience, education, and skill level.

Requirements
EXPERTISE YOU NEED
Education & Experience High school diploma or high school equivalency. Minimum of two plus years’ administrative experience preferable in a financial institution. Three years’ experience working within a collections environment is preferred. Consideration will be given to related experience and/or training.

To perform the essential functions of this position an employee must be able to meet the following workplace demands: ability to converse with others, detect sound, identify and detect objects, count, read, write, operate a computer, handle and feel objects, reach with hands/arms and be stationary and/or stand and/or move for long periods.
