Warehouse Staff

Receive material from the supplier on the basis of purchase order;
Nhận hàng hóa/ vật tư từ nhà cung cấp theo đơn đặt hàng;

Arrange materials in proper manner. Stock card should be allocated to each item;
Sắp xếp hàng hóa/vật tư đúng cách, đúng vị trí. Thẻ kho nên được đặt tại mỗi lô hàng;

Preserve the material in store on safe custody;
Lưu trữ bảo quản hàng hóa an toàn;

Record the receipt and issue of material in the respective stock card regularly and maintain store ledger and stock cards so that indicate the quantity of stock held by store every time;
Thường xuyên ghi lại việc nhận hàng và xuât hàng bằng thẻ kho và duy trì theo dõi sổ kho và thẻ kho để kiểm tra số lượng;

Issue of material as per the requisition of the production;
Xuất hàng theo yêu cầu từ sản xuất;

Coordinate and supervise the duty of the third-party like as worker, inspector;

Monthly stock count-tally physical stock and stock card and report the variance immediately;
Kiểm tra tồn kho hàng tháng bằng thẻ kho, hàng hóa thực tế và báo cáo ngay lập tức khi có sự chênh lệch;

Receive documents for in/out stock;
Nhận chứng từ cho việc xuất nhập hàng hóa;

Checking container before loading the goods and seal the container;
Kiểm tra container trước khi chất hàng và niêm phong container;

Operate truck and container weighbridges at the weigh area and make related reports;
Vận hành cầu cân xe tải và container tại phòng cân và làm các báo cáo liên quan;

Daily warehouse keeping/ Kiểm tra vệ sinh kho hàng ngày;

Support SHE team on reports and related SHE activities with root causes analysis;
Hỗ trợ nhóm SHE về các báo cáo và các hoạt động SHE liên quan với việc phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ;

Training SHE for new hires at site and 3rd. Party workers make sure all are implemented strictly SHE rules;
Đào tạo SHE cho nhân viên mới tại nhà máy / nhà kho và công nhân bên thứ 3 đảm bảo tất cả đều thực hiện nghiêm túc các quy định về SHE;

Evaluate safety risks at production floor, analyze, report and implement prevention plan;
Đánh giá rủi ro an toàn tại kho, xưởng sản xuất, phân tích, báo cáo và thực hiện kế hoạch phòng ngừa.

Other jobs shall be assigned by the superior.

• Minimum 1-3 years in warehouse experiences at multinational companies;
Tối thiểu 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm làm kho ở các công ty đa quốc gia;
• Have a basic SHE knowledge or experiences is preferable;
Có kiến thức hoạc kinh nghiệm cơ bản về an toàn là một lợi thế;

• College graduated;
Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng;
