About the Role

[What the role is]

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated personnel to oversee the planning, execution, and management of Additions & Alterations (A&A) projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance standard.

[What you will be working on]

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of A&A projects, ensuring all deliverables meet functional requirements, aesthetic standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure all projects strictly adhere to local building regulations, fire safety codes, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
  • Implement best practices in project management to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including drafting requirements specifications for requests for quotation (RFQ), conducting evaluations, and overseeing contract administration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address and implement campus space planning needs effectively.

[What we are looking for]

  • Have relevant degree and minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Good interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Data analytic or relevant IT knowledge is a bonus.
  • Experienced in managing outsourced service providers.
  • Knowledge and experience in A&A works
