Requirements

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS system.

Engage with Members & Guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.

Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked for service.

Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and adhering to alcohol service regulations.

Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.

Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.

Promote sales by suggesting drink specials or upselling premium beverages to maximize revenue opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to food safety, food handling, and alcohol service standards.

Experience:

I year previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred.

Familiarity with POS systems.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.

Experience in food industry roles including serving, catering, or retail math calculations is advantageous.

Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
