This role blends operational excellence with mission impact. Your work ensures that every item we sell reflects the dignity, quality, and care our community deserves.

In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you’ll balance efficiency with attention to detail, making thoughtful decisions about what gets sold, how it’s presented, and how quickly it reaches the floor. You will also play a key role in guiding and supporting volunteers, helping them contribute meaningfully to the store’s success.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in organization, has an eye for quality and presentation, enjoys working with people, and wants their work to have a visible, tangible impact every single day.
