SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the administrative activities related to customers service, vendor relations, billing and other duties as assigned.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monthly billing of storage and job invoices.
  • Interface with customers and vendors
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and temporary employees.
  • Upkeep of customer job files and vendor files
  • Assist Division Manager and Project Manager as needed

Qualifications:

  • Good working knowledge of Windows-based applications. Along with the ability to adapt to new systems if required.
  • Solid communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to read and follow detailed written instructions.
  • Must be able to record data in spreadsheets and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, AA preferred
  • 1-3 years office experience

Working Condition:

  • Frequent walking and standing
  • Normal office working conditions: computer, phone, files, fax, copier.
