Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to bring on a dedicated English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher for a short-term assignment in an elementary school setting. This full-day position runs Monday through Friday from 7:50 AM to 3:10 PM, with an immediate start through June 5, 2026.
About the Opportunity
This role is ideal for an educator who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about supporting multilingual learners. You’ll work directly with students to strengthen their English language skills across listening, speaking, reading, and writing—helping them build confidence and succeed academically.
In this position, you will deliver targeted ESL instruction aligned with students’ language proficiency levels while supporting academic vocabulary development across core subjects. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to ensure students can fully engage with classroom content. Additional responsibilities include monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and fostering a welcoming, inclusive learning environment where students feel supported.

Requirements
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in ESL or school-based settings preferred.
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with ESL Endorsement required.
