About the Role

ATC is a world leader in the remanufacturing solutions for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. ATC is searching for a summer IT Analyst Intern to help support the IT department.

SUMMARY 

Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system by performing the following duties.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 Reviews and analyzes system data and updates and corrects IT systems. Create technical documentation using MS Word, Excel, and Visio. Cataloguing system information.  Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports.

 EXPERIENCE Experience with Active Directory, Epicor, SQL databases, SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and Office 365 desired.

 LANGUAGE SKILLS 

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

 MATHEMATICAL SKILLS 

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

 REASONING ABILITY 

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
