About the Role
We are hiring a Store Manager for a premium cosmetic brand. Responsibilities include 

  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives through training and mentoring
  • Create business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability
  • Ensure year-on-year business growth
  • Plan regular visits to academies and salons for business tie-ups
  • Delegate tasks to the store team and closely monitor store operations
  • Follow store SOPs and ensure adherence by all staff
  • Create weekly staff rosters and plan resources to support training and marketing teams
  • Hire, train, and supervise new staff
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays
  • Prepare reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profitability
  • Manage store administration including budgets and financial records
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required
  • Maintain monthly store reports and conduct periodic inventory audits
  • Oversee store maintenance activities as needed




Requirements

  • Proven 7-10 years experience as a Store Manager or in retail management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
  • Good understanding of sales principles, customer service, and store operations
  • Ability to drive sales targets and ensure consistent business growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
  • Experience in inventory management, budgeting, and basic financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store promotions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
