An experienced Salesforce Test Engineer (OmniStudio) with strong expertise in functional, integration, and DevOps-driven testing. The role focuses on validating OmniStudio implementations, Salesforce integrations, and CI/CD releases using Copado and Copado Robotic Testing.

Analyse business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases.

Test Salesforce business processes built using Flows and Approval Processes.

Validate and test Salesforce OmniStudio components, including:

1. FlexCards
2. OmniScripts
3. DataRaptors
4. Integration Procedures
5. Business Rule Engine (BRE)

Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate integrations with external systems.

Use Postman for API validation and data reconciliation.

Work with Copado for release management, environment promotions, deployment validation, and rollback testing.

Execute and maintain automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Log and track defects using JIRA / Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners in Agile teams.

Support UAT cycles and production releases.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (Service Cloud preferred).

Strong expertise in functional and integration testing.

Hands-on experience with OmniStudio testing (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, IPs).

Strong experience with Copado DevOps.

Experience in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Salesforce test automation.

Test automation using CRT and/or Selenium.

Solid experience in API testing (REST/SOAP).

Working knowledge of Salesforce data model and SOQL.
