About the Role

Company Description

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC is a proud member of the Ghobash Group. For almost 20 years, we have made vital contributions to the Oil & Gas sector of the UAE, executing both onshore and offshore projects. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain site documentation, including permits, approvals, and reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as employee records, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, site regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Oversee accommodation, transport, and welfare arrangements for site staff.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management for office supplies and site needs.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other required documentation.
  • Address employee concerns and support HR functions related to the site.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for materials, equipment, and workforce.
  • Ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment to the site.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and site personnel for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate transport, accommodation, and site access for workers and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, customs, and site-specific logistics regulations.
  • Handle emergency logistics requirements and troubleshoot delays.
  • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to optimize supply chain operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site administration, preferably in oil & gas projects.

  • Strong knowledge of site operations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and site management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote location with challenging site conditions
