Logistics Analyst I - 

U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) Program, 

Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, BLDG 89, Sasebo-shi, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan 96306


Job Type: Onsite Required

Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000  


 **This position is covered under the U.S.–Japan Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA). Employment is limited to candidates eligible for SOFA status. **

Caladwich is seeking motivated, customer-focused Logistics Analysts I to support critical supply chain operations at Naval Air Facility (NAVFAC) Atsugi, Japan. Logistics & Supply Chain Operations

• Process GSA Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently

• Review customer orders for completeness and accuracy

• Generate receipts and maintain organized electronic and physical order records

• Audit accounts and ensure proper documentation of all transactions

• Validate pricing, quantities, and payment authorizations

• Investigate order discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with management


Operational Support

• Assist with inventory and asset management processes

• Coordinate adjustments and disposal actions with leadership

• Support network operations by executing IT-directed equipment procedures when required

• Maintain compliance with established SOPs and government logistics procedures


Customer Service & Brand Representation

• Serve as a professional, welcoming point of contact for U.S. military and federal customers

• Provide timely and accurate order status updates via phone and email

• Deliver a positive customer experience at every interaction

• Represent the organization with integrity, responsiveness, and enthusiasm

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Dept. of War (Formerly DoD) supply chain management

• Thorough understanding of Government Logistics processes and/or Air Force specific SCM processes. 

• Candidate must possess excellent written communication skills, including formal document preparation and report drafting. 

• Must be comfortable in fast paced, government contracting climate. 


Other Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must be eligible to access US Military Installation Access (DBIDS Authorization) 

• Must be able to pass background investigations including a FBI fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) adjudication.
