About the Role

Description

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, currently has an opportunity to be a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be a customer service focused individual.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base.
  • Foster a positive and friendly environment
  • Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in a retail environment 
  • Strong telephone skills 
  • Understanding the tire and auto service industry is a plus
  • Dependable Transportation
  • A proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plus
