About The Company
Hospitality projects are our core. Our reputation in this industry positions us as among the best as we have built our people, process, goals and methods around executing projects, no matter the size, in live, open and fully functioning hospitality business settings. We work with clients that genuinely value what we do and understand the advantages of strong professional partnerships. Our best customers trust our expertise, respect our thoughtful planning process, and provide us with the time and opportunity to bid projects responsibly. In return, they reap the benefits of decades-long vendor relationships, high level competency in budget and schedule planning, a driven proactive approach to problem solving, and creativity and experience in value engineering. Each Ownership Group and Operations Management Team is unique. For this reason, we take a “long game” approach to cultivating relationships with our potential clients, purposefully assessing relational and operational compatibility before diving into a project together.
About the Role

Description

At Elements Hospitality, renovation is about people first.

We are a live-environment general contractor licensed in 36 states, headquartered in Lynden, WA. Since the early 2000s, we’ve grown from local timeshare renovations into a national leader in hospitality and senior living renovation, working in open, operating environments where planning, trust, and relationships matter.

Hospitality is a relational industry, and that principle shapes how we work. We build teams of curious, accountable professionals who value trust, collaboration, and long-term partnerships, with each other and with our clients.

We’re seeking a Commercial Project Estimator with a strong estimating foundation and an interest in hospitality renovation. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys complexity, collaboration, and seeing how thoughtful planning directly impacts successful live-environment projects.

You’ll work closely with our estimating, operations, and business development teams to develop accurate, competitive, and well-defined bids for hotels, resorts, and senior living communities.

  • Prepare accurate and timely estimates for hospitality renovation projects
  • Perform takeoffs and analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing
  • Participate in job walks and review drawings, specs, and site conditions
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and internal teams
  • Assemble clear proposals that balance competitiveness and profitability
  • Support proposal presentations, negotiations, and project handoffs
  • Maintain estimating data, processes, and cost information

Who We're Looking For

  • An experienced commercial construction estimator
  • Curious about hospitality renovation and eager to learn its nuances
  • Organized, communicative, and collaborative
  • Ethical, accountable, and relationship-driven
  • Someone who values teamwork, humility, and long-term thinking

Why Elements

We believe strong partnerships are built on trust, transparency, and consistency. Our clients value our experience, creativity, and planning, and we value being known as good people who deliver good work.

If you’re looking to grow your estimating career within hospitality and want to work with a people-centered, relationship-driven team, we’d love to connect.
