We’re seeking a Commercial Project Estimator with a strong estimating foundation and an interest in hospitality renovation. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys complexity, collaboration, and seeing how thoughtful planning directly impacts successful live-environment projects.
You’ll work closely with our estimating, operations, and business development teams to develop accurate, competitive, and well-defined bids for hotels, resorts, and senior living communities.
In-Office (Remote Considered for Candidates with Hospitality experience)
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for hospitality renovation projects
- Perform takeoffs and analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Participate in job walks and review drawings, specs, and site conditions
- Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and internal teams
- Assemble clear proposals that balance competitiveness and profitability
- Support proposal presentations, negotiations, and project handoffs
- Maintain estimating data, processes, and cost information

Requirements
- High school diploma
- 5+ years’ experience in estimating or related role in the construction industry and/or hospitality industry.
- Experience implementing organizational and process strategies.
- Self-management, time management, and drive are key to success in this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of MS Project, Blue Beam, and Excel.
- Ability to work closely and cooperatively with sub-contractors, vendors, and customers.
- Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- Proficient and effective communicator with high attention to detail.
