About the Role

Claystone - CORE Recycling Edmonton location is recruiting for a part-time Scale attendant. 

Responsibilities will include:

→ Preparing weigh tickets;

→ Ensuring that trucks are loaded with proper material as per the weigh ticket;

→ Processing COD purchases by way of cash, credit card and/or debit machine. Daily reconciliation of the cash till;

→ Work with dispatch and inside sales with outgoing orders;

→ Input into the computer of all in-coming inventories;

→ Assist and perform general office administrative duties;

→ Might require work/assisting at various locations;

→ Respond to increase business requirements - flexibility to work overtime hours during 

peak periods; 

The Scale Attendant will be expected to comply with all Claystone plans, policies and procedures, 

including codes of ethics and behavior, and health, safety and environment programs, and 

present a professional and respectful image on behalf of Claystone to Supervisors and employees, 

 customers, suppliers and contractors,and the general public.

This position will model an outstanding attitude towards organizational Health, Safety and 

Environmental (HSE) compliance, and will adhere to the Claysotne HSE program policies and 

procedures in the course of completing tasks.
