YOUR MISSION 🚀

We are seeking our next Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to act as the essential bridge between our manufacturing partners, our sales teams, and our project managers. This is a high-visibility "Control Tower" role: you will need to keep a close eye on your files to ensure everything runs smoothly and that our products are ready and available for the big day.

Your primary mission is Project-Based Procurement with our Contract Manufacturers (CM). You are the guardian of shipment readiness: you ensure that the Logistics team has everything they need (products, data, and documents) to execute global shipments without any friction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 🛠️

• Shipment Readiness & Tracking: Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing partners. Monitor production milestones, confirm "Ready-to-Ship" dates, and perform proactive follow-ups to meet event deadlines.

• ERP Execution (Rootstock): Manage the tactical flow of goods within our system. This includes creating Purchase Orders (POs) for project-specific needs, executing site-to-site transfers, and planning payments to manufacturing suppliers.

• Documentation Management: Collect and verify all required shipping documents (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.). You ensure every shipment is customs-compliant before it is handed over to Logistics. 📄✅

• Multi-Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central communication hub between Sales, Suppliers, and Project Managers (PMs). You translate manufacturing realities into actionable updates for the teams on the ground.

• Logistics Hand-off: While you are not responsible for booking carriers, you guarantee the accuracy of the transfer information. You give the "green light" to the Logistics team for the pickup and intake of goods once readiness and documentation are validated.

• Rigorous Follow-up: Maintain precise dashboards for production and asset availability, moving beyond traditional buying toward agile, project-based supply chain management. 📈

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 🧠

• Experience: 5+ years in supply chain coordination, fulfillment, or a similar role where timing is critical.

• ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP software (Rootstock, Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP). You are comfortable executing POs and managing digital inventory.

• Organizational DNA: You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without losing track of a single SKU or document. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

• Communication Skills: You know how to be firm with suppliers to obtain documents or production updates while maintaining a positive and collaborative partnership.

• Problem Solver: When faced with a delay, you coordinate solutions with sub-contractors and internal teams to guarantee the deadline is met. 💡

• Languages: Full professional bilingualism (French and English) is required to support our Montreal HQ and our international supplier network.
