We’re hosting a Recruitment Open Day in Albany this May and would love to meet people interested in building a rewarding career with purpose.

Job Description

This role focuses on supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals while contributing to a positive and inclusive local community.

As part of the atWork Australia team, you may:

  • Support people of all abilities to build confidence and job‑readiness skills
  • Work one‑on‑one with individuals to identify goals and career pathways
  • Help people overcome barriers to employment
  • Partner with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values growth and impact

Qualifications

We welcome people from a range of backgrounds.

You may come from experience in:

  • Employment services, community services, customer service, education, or support roles
  • Coaching, mentoring, or working with diverse communities
  • A strong desire to help others succeed and find meaningful work

What matters most is your values, attitudes, and commitment to making a difference.
Due to role requirements, applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.

  • Morning Session: 10:00am – 12:00pm
  • Afternoon Session: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
