About the Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where:

  • Guests are placed at the centre of the business.
  • Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Executing and monitoring promotional activities.
  • Employee development and leadership.
  • Store merchandising.
  • Stock management and stock control.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and guests.
