Reimagine What’s Possible 

• Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Gasification Plant ops such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries.

• 在气化装置运营中使用和遵守AP环境、健康与安全（EH&S）标准，以确保EH&S绩效持续改进并实现或超越绩效目标。最终目标是零伤害。

• Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard. To ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.

• 执行现场例行巡查，发现并消除潜在安全隐患。确保工厂安全、高效运行，履行合同要求。

• Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.

• 确保符合工艺安全、变更管理（MOC）和操作职责要求（OPHR）的规定

• Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the plants.

• 推动工厂持续改进并分享最佳操作实践

• Training new operating staff for the Gasification Shift Ops Team.

• 为气化班操作团队培训新的操作员工。

• Any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）

Candidates for this position with be evaluation on the basis of the following: 候选人任职资格

• Full-time diploma and above .

• 全日制专科及以上

• Has more than one year of chemical production experience

• 具有一年化工生产经验
