Centre for Foundational Studies - Lecturer (Foundational Studies)[What you will be working on]
• Facilitate student learning and develop curricula and/or contribute to areas such as:
o Life Design
o Critical Thinking and Innovation
o Communication and Public Speaking
o Computing and Digital/AI Foundations
o Social Impact and Sustainability
o Science (Physics / Chemistry / Biology)
• Design and deliver engaging lessons and co-curricular activities to enhance learning and foster holistic student development.
• Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment that drives positive learning outcomes and supports student success.
• Collaborate with module teams to ensure seamless lesson delivery, share best practices, and continuously improve teaching quality.
• Provide pastoral care and academic guidance to support students in their educational and career pathways.
• Contribute to action research projects to enhance teaching and learning competencies and provide valuable insights to the educational community.
• Undertake administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the efficiency of the programs at the centre.

• Experience with EdTech tools and AI.
• Hold a qualification in a related field.
