As a Customer Account Manager at Prophix, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers across your territory — building senior-level relationships and uncovering meaningful opportunities to grow the Prophix footprint through license expansions and cloud migrations. You'll work closely with customers as their primary Prophix contact, partnering internally with teams across Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, and more to deliver real value. This is a role for a commercially minded relationship-builder who thrives on turning strong customer connections into measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying and closing expansion opportunities including license add-ons and on-premise to cloud migrations
  • Prospect daily within your customer base to uncover new revenue opportunities and keep your pipeline active and accurate
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, building trusted relationships at the senior level (CFO, CIO, VP Finance) and ensuring customers achieve ongoing value from Prophix's solutions
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by collaborating with Professional Services, the Cloud Team, Direct Sales, Legal, Customer Support, and Customer Success
  • Deliver timely account plans, renewal forecasts, and CRM updates in Salesforce.com that give sales leadership clear visibility into your territory
  • Partner with internal teams to design and execute marketing campaigns and customer enablement programs that deepen engagement within the customer base
  • Escalate significant opportunities and customer concerns through the right channels, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid understanding of both on-premise and cloud business models

  • Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to support day-to-day tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
