Responsibilities

  • Install water, gas, fixtures, and water heaters in residential homes.
  • Interpret blueprints and follow plumbing codes and job specifications.
  • Perform rough-in, top-out, and final trim of plumbing systems.
  • Test systems for leaks and proper operation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and answer installation-related questions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades on site.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, code, and quality standards.
  • Accurately document job details using software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
  • Mentor apprentices or laborers when assigned.
  • Attend ongoing training to stay up to date on tools, techniques, and code changes.

Requirements

  •  High school diploma or equivalent (trade school a plus).
  • 1+ year of plumbing installation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local plumbing codes.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and attend ongoing training.
