Job Description

  • Adopt a friendly, helpful and pleasant attitude to all guests
  • Assist guests with their business center needs 
  • Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
  • Maintain close working co-operation with other departments
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications

  • University degree preferably Tourism & Hotel Management
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Team-oriented
  • Focused on guest satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Additional Information

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
