This is not pure customer support. This is revenue ownership. A fintech infrastructure company building autonomous employee management systems across payroll, tax compliance, benefits, IT, and HRIS.</div><div>The company has:</div><div>5x+ revenue growth year-over-year</div><div>Hundreds of millions in payments processed</div><div>1,000+ customers</div><div>Scaling from 40 → 100 employees this year</div><div>Strong investor backing</div><div>The product is AI-first and designed to replace legacy incumbents in payroll and back-office automation.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>You will:</strong></div><ul><li>Own ~30–40 accounts</li><li>Drive retention and expansion (~50/50 split)</li><li>Run executive QBRs</li><li>Identify churn risk proactively</li><li>Convert monthly customers to annual</li><li>Drive multi-million-dollar portfolio growth</li><li>Help build the AM playbook from scratch</li><li>This is a revenue role with expansion targets.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></div><ul><li>Quarterly expansion targets</li><li>Retention and gross revenue protection</li><li>Executive-level business reviews</li><li>Opportunity identification and deal execution</li><li>Customer health monitoring</li><li>Cross-functional escalation with Support/Product/Engineering</li><li>Building scalable AM processes</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Must-Have Requirements</strong></div><ul><li>2–3+ years B2B sales or account management</li><li>Experience owning a book of business</li><li>Proven retention + expansion performance</li><li>Executive QBR experience</li><li>Fintech background (strong preference)</li><li>Strong business acumen</li><li>Highly organized, startup pace comfort</li><li>NYC-based, 5 days in-office</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Nice to Have</strong></div><ul><li>Experience at modern fintech companies (Ramp, etc.)</li><li>Built AM/CS processes from zero</li><li>Strong expansion performance track record</li><li>Strong product/technical fluency</li></ul>
