Comfort Experts is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering high-level service across a wide range of commercial environments and are looking for a technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Work across a variety of commercial environments (retail, office, industrial, critical systems, etc.)
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and customers
- Maintain clean job sites and organized service vehicles
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years doing Commercial HVAC service
- Must have experience working on: Water Source Heat Pump systems, Equipment up to 40 tons, and Chiller system knowledge is a plus (not required, but strongly preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in both critical and non-critical environments
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Available for on-call rotation
- Willing to be on after-hours standby as needed
- Reliable and able to work independently
