About The Role:
The Esthetician is a licensed professional responsible for delivering Glowbar's signature 30-minute facial with consistency and care. As product and ingredient experts, they create tailored treatment plans, educate clients through every step, and recommend products to support at-home routines - building lasting relationships that drive repeat visits and membership growth.
Estheticians collaborate closely with Studio Guides and Managers to deliver a seamless client experience, maintain an immaculate treatment room, and practice mindful product usage. They are accountable for client satisfaction, retail integration, and strict adherence to time and attendance—taking proactive ownership of their schedules so clients always receive the service they expect.
