01 — Clarity An in-person meeting at GlobeSearch. You walk us through your education, career and ambitions for the next role. We give honest feedback on the story and on how to sharpen it against where you want to go.
02 — Positioning A second meeting at GlobeSearch. We work through CV, LinkedIn and your narrative together, so the way you present yourself matches the roles you want.
03 — Activation We spar on the relevant opportunities in the market right now and advise on how to approach them. We don't write the applications — our job is to help you become the strongest version of yourself.
04 — Conversion We use the signals that come in along the way — interviews, rejections, hiring-manager dialogue — to keep sharpening CV, applications, conversations and salary negotiation.
Throughout: Ongoing sparring between sessions. When something lands — an interview, an offer, a difficult call — you reach us directly.
