- Five-day workweek, 4 to 5 hours per day, start at 7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:-
- Must be responsible, punctual, and possess a positive work attitude
- Serve tea and refreshments to office visitors and during meetings
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and the office
Job Duties:-
- Perform daily office cleaning duties, including vacuuming and emptying trash, maintaining tidiness and hygiene
- Keep the pantry and meeting rooms clean, including washing cups and dishes, and wiping down furniture
- Provide pantry-related services within the office
- Help with ordering pantry snacks, drinks, and daily necessities to ensure adequate stock
- Assist with setting up facilities for meetings and provide general support
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks and errands assigned by the company when necessary
- Responsible, punctual, and with a good work attitude
- Good English communication skills is a MUST
