Field Operator -Purification

Reimagine What’s Possible 

• - Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Purification Plant ops such that EH&S 
  performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire 
  zero injuries.
  -在净化装置操作维护中推进和服从空气化工全部环保、健康、安全标准，进行持续改进以达到或优于管理目标。终极目标是“零伤害”。

  - Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard. To ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream 
  guarantees.
  -实施现场按时巡检，发现和消除可能的安全危害。确保净化装置安全、高效运行，服从和满足合同要求，不断提高装置在线运行率。

  - Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.
  -必须遵守工艺安全、变更管理及运行装置危险性分析提出的有关安全要求。

  - The Field Operator can handle the emergency matters in Purification Plant led and coordinated by 
  Lead Operator according to the Emergency Program and follow the Deputy Lead Operator’s Order to recovery the Unit which tripped or Emergency shutdown.
  -净化装置外操应能在主操的带领下，根据预想事故处理方案对净化装置作现场紧急处理，并在副操的指令下协助恢复已跳车或停车装置的运行。

  - Record daily/monthly Production report. 
  -做好日常日报表、月报表的抄写工作。

  - Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP ,BSP, SWP,CI ,safety 
  action training and so on) and write safety reports. 
  -参加有关安全会议，履行日常安全检查工作（如：现场安全执行评估系统 SAM、现场安全持续改进计划SIP、基本安全管理程序 BSP、安全工作许可证 Safety work permit、持续改进管理系统 CI、安全实践培训等）

  - Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the plants.
  -对净化装置现场操作进行持续改进，并分享净化装置运行经验。

  - Training new operating staff for the Purification Shift Ops Team.
  -对本班新的净化装置现场运行人员进行岗位培训。

  -Any other duties as assigned.
  -完成公司安排的其他任务

• 岗位要求

• - College Degree or above.
  大专及以上学历。

  - Demonstrated learning and interpersonal skills. Proactive, honest, teamwork and hard working.
  有较强的学习能力和人际交往能力。勤奋诚实可靠，努力工作以实现自己的理想。

  - The higher understanding of security.
  对安全有较高的认识。

  - Suitable for shift work.
  适合倒班工作。

  - Degree in Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or industrial automation and 
  instrumentation. etc. And/or Having a demonstrated record of continued advancement from Field 
  Operator Position with 1 year of relative plant experiences.
  化学工程与工艺、机械工程、工业自动化与仪表专业应届毕业生。或具有在煤气净化装置或类似复杂装置现场操作人员岗位上连续工作满一年左右经历的在职人员。
