About the Role

Description

This is not a typical driving job.

If you take pride in being early, staying organized, and handling responsibility without being asked, this role will feel like a natural fit.

If you prefer minimal accountability, inconsistent schedules, or “just driving,” this is not the right role.

  • You treat the vehicle like it’s your own
  • You prevent problems before they happen through communication and awareness

This Role Is NOT For You If:

  • You are not consistently punctual
  • You avoid communication or only respond when asked
  • You are careless with vehicles or equipment
  • You prefer low-responsibility or loosely structured work

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical transport, funeral services, or similar environments

  • Basic mechanical awareness (identifying and escalating vehicle issues)

The Ideal Candidate

You are:

  • Reliable — you show up early and follow through
  • Responsible — you take ownership of your work and equipment
  • Safety-focused — you drive carefully and think ahead
