About The Company
Delavan Holdings is a company to service Kunes Auto Group, G10 Fulfillment, Lake Lawn Resort, Camp Timber-Lee, Kunes RV Group, Ignition Dealer Services and others. Our aim and primary goal is to provide support services to these companies, so they can excel at their primary missions.
About the Role

Description

Delavan Holdings is looking for a creative, hands-on Videographer / Photographer to produce high-quality content across our portfolio of companies, including automotive, RV, and resort properties.

This is a true hybrid content role—someone who can shoot, edit, and deliver both video and photography that drives engagement, supports marketing campaigns, and elevates our brand presence.

If you’re the type who can go from shooting a vehicle on the lot in the morning to capturing an event or building a social-ready video in the afternoon, this is your lane.

What You’ll Do

  • Capture high-quality photo and video content across multiple brands and locations
  • Shoot dealership inventory (cars, trucks, RVs) and lifestyle/brand content
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotions
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos (color correction, audio, graphics, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on content strategy and execution
  • Manage and organize photo/video libraries for easy access and reuse
  • Ensure content aligns with brand standards and campaign goals
  • Support live events, promotions, and on-location shoots as needed
  • Stay current on trends in content creation, video, and social media

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or content creation (or relevant degree)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both video and photography work (required)
  • Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines without hand-holding
  • Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed

What You Get

  • All equipment and software provided
  • Exposure to multiple brands and types of content (not just one lane)
  • Opportunity to build a strong, diverse portfolio
  • Stable, full-time role with consistent schedule

Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, company equipment, employee discounts, growth opportunities
