Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with Danish-speaking clients, providing top-quality support and advisory services.
- Perform a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update databases accordingly.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to better assist clients.
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or consultancy roles is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
