Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with Danish-speaking clients, providing top-quality support and advisory services.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update databases accordingly.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to better assist clients.
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or consultancy roles is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
