About the Role
ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
Document Management and Data Entry
- Process documents uploaded into the Brightree Document Management System.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of uploaded records.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for quick retrieval and compliance purposes.
Billing and Payment Posting
- Post incoming payments and process billing activities in the Brightree system.
- Verify and reconcile payment entries to ensure accuracy.
- Address discrepancies in payments or billing issues promptly.
Fax Processing
- Monitor and manage a shared inbox for incoming fax requests.
- Categorize faxes based on their nature (e.g., pickup requests, renewals, changes).
- Assign priority levels to faxes and ensure timely processing based on urgency.
- At least 6 months experience in a Healthcare Account (US Healthcare Insurance)
- Must have experience using and windows based medical software (Brightree, Apachetta, Etc.)
- Proficient in using MS Excel
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
