Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, B2B sales, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, following up diligently, and closing deals effectively
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, inventory management, and sales progress
- Conduct high-end sales negotiations, upselling additional vehicle features or services to maximize revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining professional communication skills including phone etiquette
- Support inventory control efforts by monitoring vehicle availability and coordinating with marketing teams for promotional activities
- Deliver compelling product presentations through public speaking skills and demonstrate vehicle features confidently

Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive inventory management
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, and outbound sales strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively
- Proficiency with CRM software and retail math to analyze sales data and forecast performance
- Skilled in negotiation, upselling, and B2B sales techniques to close high-value deals
- Experience in sales management or supporting dealership operations is a plus
- Exceptional customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
