Our team is growing, and we are looking for an IT Support Technician to support our IT department and drive the integration of advanced technology solutions across our operations.
As the IT Support Technician at GT Medical Technologies, this position will support the tactical implementation of technology solutions in alignment with our company’s goals. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware, software, and networking issues, including focusing on enhancing our managed services, data management, cybersecurity, and the seamless integration of key business services including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ERP systems. It is critical for the IT Support Technician to have a collaborative, flexible, and customer first mindset providing a positive IT experience for over 100 team members.
This is a full-time, houly, non-exempt position located on-site at our manufacturing plant in Richland, WA. This positon will report to the Senior Manager of IT and will have minimal travel requirements.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Support the IT department’s strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and supporting the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.
- Support the effective operation of all computer systems, domain and site management, related applications, hardware, and software used within the company.
- In partnership with Managed Service Provider, provide end user support on basic technical issues.
- Support integration activities between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems, ensuring streamlined operations and data consistency across platforms.
- Comply with IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
- Support initiatives across the business to ensure IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure company data and technology assets are protected by robust security protocols and compliance measures.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting 100+ team members, building a positive and productive team culture.
- Exercise utmost discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Adhere to strict privacy and security protocols when working with classified information.
- Miscellaneous requests as needed by department leadership.

- Authorized to access employee and/or patient PHI and ePHI only as needed for job-related functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or completion of related certificate program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting IT activities on both Microsoft and Apple devices.
- Knowledge of managed IT services, M365, networking fundamentals, information security, database management, and customer relationship management.
- Prior experience supporting Microsoft and Apple devices and operating systems.
- Prior experience with Cloud based SaaS solutions like Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Prior experience with domain and site management.
- Knowledge of ETL and iPaaS software.
- Professional approach to day-day activities and responsibilities.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders as a highly collaborative problem solver.
- Excellent customer service mentality and demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
- Typical work environment for a professional office and home office space and occasionally works in a laboratory, supply room, and/or clean room environment.
- Occasional exposure to hazardous materials requiring appropriate PPE and precautions when working around hazardous materials and chemicals.
- Largely a stationary role with some moving from place to place.
- Position is based onsite – some work-from-home opportunities may be available.
- Constant use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor and other office equipment.
- Occasionally picks up, carries, and moves items up to 30 lbs.
- Evening and weekend work required as needed.
- Infrequent travel may be required for training and events as needed.
