One on One Spa & Wellness offers two consultancy solutions: the complete management of SPA facilities of luxury hotels, spas and other facilities, or it provides Wellness services on request. One on One boasts experience in luxury SPAs and manages every space with competence, taking care of the customization and the fittings, up to the Business Plan and the management of highly qualified personnel.

One On One Wellness Management cerca per importante struttura alberghiera 5 stelle Lusso un/a SPA THERAPIST che possa far parte del nostro team a Venezia.
La risorsa si occuperà di effettuare tutti i trattamenti in linea con gli standard operativi e i protocolli di trattamento concordati, garantire che tutte le apparecchiature, prodotti e stanze siano pulite, in ordine e seguendo agli standard aziendali, avere un approccio proattivo all’assistenza post-vendita al dettaglio. All’occorrenza dovrà supportare i colleghi/e.
Il tuo profilo
Desideriamo incontrare candidati/e diplomati/e in Estetica, esperienza di almeno 2 anni preferibilmente in strutture alberghiere di alto livello, ottima padronanza della lingua inglese, oltre l’italiano, sia parlato che scritto.Devono inoltre avere buona predisposizione alla cura del cliente e degli standard di trattamenti di alto livello; ottime capacità relazionali, forte orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente, standing adeguato al contesto lavorativo (Hotel 5*L), flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in squadra.
Sarà considerato un must avere forte capacità commerciale e orientamento al risultato, e la conoscenza d’una seconda lingua straniera.
