Variety is key; you won’t be pigeonholed into one sector.

You will be supported and encouraged to make a positive impact, allowing for an authentic culture where people are trusted and supported. You are not just an employee; you are our future.

Who are we looking for:

We’re seeking a talented, dynamic Associate Partner (Project Management) to join our growing team in Gloucester. If you’re ready for career progression, greater visibility, and the chance to make a real impact, this is an opportunity to thrive in a business that both challenges and supports you.

Impact – You want to be part of something that matters and care about creating positive change for clients, communities, and the environment.

Imagination – You’re curious and open‑minded, always looking for new ideas and better ways of doing things.

Authenticity – You’re honest, genuine, and collaborative, valuing a culture where people can be true to themselves.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in a construction consultancy environment, confidence in client delivery, and the ambition to grow their career.

In terms of experience, we’re specifically looking for someone who has previously worked on programmes involving material movement and strategic land, ideally supporting or working directly with housing developers. A mixed sector background with consultancy experience would be strongly preferred.
