Reports Analyst (Sr Specialist, Data Analytics)

What Data Analytics contributes to Cardinal Health:
The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.
Qualification
2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Data Analysis & Interpretation – Strong ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Reporting Tools Proficiency – Skilled in using platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for building dashboards and generating reports.
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy – Ensuring data integrity, validating inputs, and producing error‑free reports that stakeholders can trust.
• Communication & Collaboration – Clear presentation of complex information to non‑technical audiences and effective teamwork with cross‑functional departments.
