Hands-On Automotive Installer Role – Immediate Hiring

Volkswagen of Tacoma is hiring a PPF & Window Tint Installer to support our busy vehicle reconditioning and sales preparation team.

We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience or interest in automotive film installation, detailing, or similar skilled trade work.

Training is available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on new and pre-owned vehicles 
• Install automotive window tint to dealership standards 
• Prepare and clean vehicle surfaces before installation 
• Inspect finished work for quality and corrections 
• Maintain clean and organized work areas 
• Complete installations in a timely, production-based environment

Requirements

• PPF installation (XPEL, 3M, SunTek, or similar) 
• Window tint installation (computer-cut systems preferred) 
• Automotive detailing or vehicle preparation experience 
• Dealership or high-volume shop experience
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
