Start a High-Income Career in Automotive Sales

Volkswagen of Tacoma is hiring Sales Consultants immediately.


This is a high-income opportunity where top performers earn $60K–$150K+ annually with uncapped commission, paid training, and a steady flow of customer leads.


No automotive sales experience is required. We train the right people.

  

What You’ll Earn

  • $65,000–$120,000 annual earning potential 
  • Uncapped commission structure 
    • 30% commission with a $200 minimum per unit (after pack), up to $4,000 per unit sold
    • $500 minimum commission once 10 sales are reached in a month (retroactive to first unit)
  • Additional bonuses and spiffs 

  What You’ll Do

  • Work with customers in-store, online, and by phone 
  • Match customers with the right Volkswagen vehicle 
  • Present features, value, and technology 
  • Follow up consistently with leads and appointments 
  • Close sales and build repeat business 

  What We’re Looking For

  • Sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
