High-Volume Service Advisor Opportunity

Larson Volkswagen of Tacoma is hiring a Service Advisor for a busy, high-traffic service drive with consistent customer flow and strong earning potential.


This is a performance-based role where income is driven by customer interaction, service recommendations, and CSI performance.

  

What You Can Expect

  • $61,000 – $100,000 annual earning potential (performance-based) 
  • Commission-based pay plan tied to RO parts & labor and CSI 
  • Commission Pay Plan: 
    • 4.75% of RO parts & labor (CSI below zone) 
    • 5.25% (CSI above zone) 
    • 5.5% (Top 10% CSI) 
  • Busy service drive with steady customer traffic 
  • Experienced technicians and support staff 
  • Career growth into senior advisor or management roles 

  What You Will Do

  • Greet customers and write repair orders 
  • Present maintenance and repair recommendations 
  • Communicate with technicians to manage workflow 
  • Provide updates and manage customer expectations 
  • Follow up on service progress and completion 
  • Handle multiple customers and RO’s daily 

  What We’re Looking For

  • Service advisor or customer-facing experience preferred 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to recommend services confidently 
  • Dependable and team-oriented

  • Provide above average Customer Service. 
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary. 
  • Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations. 
  • Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude. 
  • Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Ability to take direction well. 
  • Clear and concise communication skills 
  • Highly organized
